Morning Post-Workout Banana Smoothie

So, few years after the last time I posted here and insane amount devoting on Stereofox and career, I felt I’m missing out on sharing some personal stuff and experience I rather not forget. Like my last year trip to Cambodia. Or ridiculous recipes I randomly put together / workouts I do. Or marketing things I learn.

Since I’ll be traveling in the next few months to Asia, thought it’s a good idea to revive this place.

Kicking off with the thing I’ve eaten the most over the course of the last 6 months since I joined 8fit – my post-workout banana smoothie.

I actually hate bananas, but blended with those ingredients it’s just awesome. Quite filling, tastes great and full of protein and fibers.


  • 3-4 ice cubes (optional, but it does add that nice coldness)
  • Coconut flakes (1 tbsp)
  • Wallnuts (30g)
  • 1 banana
  • 15-30g of chocolate protein powder
  • 250 ml milk (I actually use soy milk, otherwise feels a bit too much)

Blend everything together and you’ve got the perfect cold morning smoothie.
